2016 (IT) – 550th Anniversary of the Death of Donatello (UNC)

Head of the “David di Donatello”, the bronze sculpture from the Museum of the Bargello in Florence. On the left side can be seen the monogram of the Italian Republic “RI” and below two lines of the dates of the anniversary. Above the head the mintmark and at right the letters “CM”, initials of the designer Claudia Momoni._x005F_x000D_
The outer ring of the coin depicts the twelve stars of the European Union flag.
