2025 (SM) 550th anniversary of the birth of Michelangelo (COINCARD)

Michelangelo’s famous black pencil drawing of “The Head of Cleopatra” with a snake from 1535, now housed in the Casa Buonarroti Foundation and Museum in Florence. The issuing country “SAN MARINO” is on the right, the issue reason “MICHELANGELO” and the “R” of the Roman mint are on the left, and the dates “1475” and “2025” are visible on either side of the motif. The initials “SP” of the coin designer Silvia Petrassi at the bottom complete the motif.
